We developed an enduring in-store digital experience for Samsung's Family Hub™ refrigerator at Lowe's stores. Aimed at familiarizing customers with the smart fridge's capabilities, our interactive design succinctly demonstrated key features such as planning shopping lists, organizing calendars, and viewing the fridge's interior via a smartphone.
Keeping in mind the limited engagement time of in-store customers, we made the experience intuitive and playful. We turned a sophisticated product into an easily understandable and appealing proposition.
